3. Video Submission- One original video must be created for each purchased product.- A minimum of 10 original videos is required.- All videos must be posted publicly on an eligible social media platform during the campaign period.
4. Winner Selection- Only one video from each eligible participant will be considered for the Grand Prize.- The single video with the highest verified organic views among all eligible participants during the 1-year campaign period will be declared the Grand Prize Winner.- All views and engagement will be reviewed and verified by SARSH PREMIUM before announcing the winner.
5. Fraud Prevention- Any fake, purchased, automated, manipulated, or fraudulent views, likes, comments, shares, or engagement will result in immediate disqualification.- SARSH PREMIUM reserves the right to investigate and verify all campaign entries.
6. Prize- The Grand Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated by SARSH PREMIUM.
7. Content Rights- By participating, you grant SARSH PREMIUM the right to repost, share, and use your submitted videos for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
8. Campaign Changes- SARSH PREMIUM reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9. Final Decision- The decision of SARSH PREMIUM regarding eligibility, verification, and winner selection shall be final and binding.
10. Acceptance- Participation in this campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
